		<description>Sorry, I just noticed this in my comments queue. Really, all I did was take a break from lifting for a few weeks, did some daily all over stretching, particularly the neck and shoulders. Then worked back into lifting, keeping it light and then working my way back up. I also made sure I was using proper form on all of my lifts. Good luck!</description>
